Claims if you have been injured while on a motorcycle

If you have been injured while riding a motorcycle that was through no fault of your own, then you could be entitled to make a claim for compensation. As a motorcyclist, you are often one of the most vulnerable motorists on the road and have minimal protection when compared to a car or similar vehicles, so the chances of you being injured in a collision are even greater. Injuries of this nature can be very severe, with the head being the most at risk, so if you are unfortunate enough to have this happen to you then you could be entitled to make a claim for compensation.

There are a number of people who could be at fault in a situation such as this, whether it’s another road user or a road authority agency for failing to maintain the standard of the roads. You shouldn’t have to suffer the consequences in silence and making a claim could be the best way to recoup any losses.
