Two people left hospitalised after four-car crash in Didsbury

Two men were rushed to hospital after being involved in a four-car smash.

The accident happened on Kingsway, East Didsbury, near the junction with Manchester Road, shortly before 9pm last night.

Police have reported that two cars collided with two parked cars.

Both men were taken to Salford Royal Hospital, with one suffering from a fractured back, while the other received head wounds, although it is believed that their injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
