Claiming compensation for cycling accidents

Although cycling can be great for your fitness - and also a great way to travel around, the fact that you don't have the rather robust protection of a car can often mean that you are far more susceptible to injuries if you do happen to be involved in an accident.

Cycling accidents with cars are quite common and they can result in relatively serious injuries to the cyclist, especially if the impact is at a high speed. If you have been injured in this type of accident through no fault of your own then you could look to make a compensation claim against anyone who has been negligent towards you.
