Claiming compensation as a cyclist

If you have been involved in an accident as a cyclist then the chances are that you may have sustained serious injuries and therefore could have been ladled with fairly hefty medical bills. For many people an experience such as this can not only be traumatic, but it can also leave them financially in trouble and if this has been caused through no fault of your own then you could be eligible to make a claim against anyone whose negligence you feel has led to this.

If you feel that you have been the victim of this then you could be eligible to claim compensation to cover any medical costs that you have incurred in addition to any loss of income or other trauma that you have sustained.
