Claims from a gas explosion

Gas is one of our cheapest natural elements, but if not controlled correctly it can also be one of the most dangerous. Gas is commonplace in most homes around the UK and there are a number of safeguards put in place to ensure that it is used as a safe and effective method of energy. In some situations however negligence occurs and gas appliances that are not frequently maintained and safety checked can pose a potential hazard to anyone in the surrounding area.

Gas explosions can be quite severe and they can lead to fires and numerous other problems which can in turn lead to further injuries. If you have been injured as the result of  gas explosion which has occurred from poor maintenance which is the responsibility of another person, then you could be eligible to make a personal injury claim for negligence against them.
