Making a claim for motorcycle injuries

If you have been involved in a motorcycle accident which was not your fault, then you could be eligible to claim for any injuries that you have sustained. In general, motorcycle accidents are of a serious nature because in most circumstances the motorcycle rider is afforded little to no protection in the event of a collision – and if they happen to come into contact with a much larger vehicle then the consequences can be quite severe.

The majority of motorcycle accidents happen as a result of collisions with another vehicle, but in some circumstances they can also occur through a faulty or poorly maintained road surface, or as a result of poor weather conditions. Regardless of the way that a situation occurs, if you have sustained injuries through the direct negligence of another person, whether it be the council or another driver, you could be eligible to make a claim for compensation.
